COMMUN is committed to making Model UN accessible to everyone. We work to reduce financial barriers so that more students participate in Model UN programs and attend conferences.

 

Currently, there is no central funding source supporting Model UN across Michigan and Ohio, reflecting a broader challenge across the Model UN landscape.

The good news: many Model UN conferences offer financial assistance or scholarships. When registering, you can often request support directly through the registration page. If that option is not available, do not hesitate to contact conference organizers; they are typically eager to help and often have funding available for students who need it.
